13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUTLER, BUCKLEY & DEET'S AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, VENDORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO USE OF THE WEBSITE, COMMUNICATIONS, LEAD DISTRIBUTION, INSURANCE PRODUCTS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

15. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

YOU WAIVE:

ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL;
ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION;
ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Arbitration shall occur in Miami-Dade County, Florida unless otherwise required by applicable law. This arbitration provision survives termination of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and Butler, Buckley & Deet's regarding your use of the website and services.
